SNOW REMOVAL
Removal of snow and ice from sidewalks must be made within 12 hours of daylight for residents and 6 hours for businesses after snowfall ends. Violators are subject to fine. In the event the snow or ice has become so hard, it cannot be removed without harming the sidewalk, the person responsible for the property shall place sand or other abrasive on the sidewalk to make travel safe. The snow or ice shall be removal as soon as weather permits. Vehicles are to removed from roadways when snow begins to fall in order to facilitate snow removal.
