Family Festival


12th ANNUAL FAMILY FALL FESTIVAL 

Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 11 A.M. – 3 P.M.
Memorial Field, Pascack Road, Rain or Shine
 
The Festival this year will feature a Community Block Party Theme. Our attendance is expected to be about 2500. Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon of family friendly community activities! Food, music, bouncy rides, pony rides, petting zoo, fishbowl toss, Police K9, Emergency Services information booths, local community vendor booths and much more! We are seeking businesses, organizations, and volunteers to help support us; please choose from the following:
 
2’ x 5’ Banner – Your business/organization name on a 2’ x 5’ banner that will be posted on the Memorial Field fence on Pascack Road where thousands of people drive by daily. Deadline is September 10.

T-Shirt Sponsor – Your logo and or company name will be printed on the back of our Fall Festival T-shirts. Deadline is September 10.
 
Information Vendor Table – Your fee of $25 will include one 6’ table and one chair. No sale of product for profit and no political information allowed. Take this opportunity to advertise your business and network with the public. Free give-a-ways, coupons, games and advertisements are encouraged. Candy or edible items are not allowed. Please bring your own pop-up tent (10x10 max) with a proper ground securing system. Electricity is not available and portable generators are not permitted. Space is limited. Vendors are chosen on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a confirmation upon approval of your application. Deadline is September 10.
 
Kids Entrepreneur Corner – If you are between the ages of 8-18, you may sell your hand-made arts and crafts at the festival. Table space and one chair will be provided. Describe your product in the next section. You will receive a confirmation upon approval from the festival committee. No food items permitted. Some examples:  pottery, paintings, and bracelets. Deadline is September 15.

This event is rain or shine and Covid permitting. Check our website (twpofwashington.us) if severe weather conditions occur the day of the event.  Participant locations are pre-assigned and you will be directed to your location when you arrive at the field the day of the event.  Under no circumstances will spaces be changed. Please adhere to CDC guidelines at time of the event.

Time: The event starts promptly at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. All vendors should check in between 9 and 10 a.m. You will not be allowed on the field prior to 9 a.m.

Entrance:  To gain entrance to Memorial Field, please park your vehicle on the lower left hand side of School Street. Do not park on the right side of the street, which is reserved for emergency vehicles. Once you are situated in your assigned space, please move your vehicle to the Bethany Community Center, located diagonally across from Memorial Field. There will be volunteers to direct you.
