COVID-19 Task Force

MISSION -In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States and in our community the Township of Washington has convened a COVID-19 Task Force headed by Council President Stacey Feeney and supported by the Mayor, Council, Administration, the Police Department, and OEM.

The COVID-19 Task Force is charged with preparing, providing, and managing any possible town impact,  resident needs, and wellness needs related to the coronavirus outbreak. The task force’s central focus is ensuring the health and safety of residents; maintaining Township’s commitment to preserving our community during this time of quarantine and social distancing. #AloneTogether #TownshipStrong

  • Care Package Delivery - (A care package will consist of some staple food items and essential toiletries such as pasta, pasta sauce, canned vegetables, cerial, canned fruit, bananas, canned meat (tuna or chicken) soup, peanut butter, jelly, bread, soap, shampoo, dish soap etc.)
  • Mental Health Help Requests
  • Wellness Checks
  • Hot Meal Delivery Requests
  • Face Covering (Mask) Requests
