Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon of family friendly community activities! This year's festival is an ALL STAR sports theme! We will have amazing food courtesy of eightytwentysmash and delicious desserts by Uncle Louie G's Italian Ice & Ice Cream of Park Ridge! There will be inflatables, music, *food, demonstrations, face painting, *pony rides, informational tables, emergency services demos, a petting zoo, kids entrepreneur tent & so much more!
Admission is free, $5.00 Bounce All Day Wristbands *items include a nominal fee. *Parking at Bethany Community Center

The Festival this year will feature an All-Star Town Day Theme.

Our attendance is expected to be about 2500. Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon of family friendly community activities! Food, music, bouncy rides, pony rides, petting zoo, fish bowl toss, Police K9, Emergency Services information booths, local community vendor information booths and much more!

We are seeking businesses, organizations, and volunteers to support our event; please choose from the following:

2’ x 5’ Banner – Your business/organization name on a 2’ x 5’ banner that will be posted on the Memorial Field fence along Pascack Road where thousands of people drive by daily. Deadline is September 7.
 
T-Shirt Sponsor – Your logo and or company name will be printed on the back of our Fall Festival T-shirts. Deadline is September 7.
 
Information Vendor Table – Your fee of $25 will include one 6’ table and one chair. No sale of product for profit and no political information allowed. Take this opportunity to advertise your business and network with the public. Free give-a-ways, coupons, games and advertisements are encouraged. Candy or edible items are not allowed. Please bring your own pop-up tent (10x10 max) with a proper ground securing system. Electricity is not available and portable generators are not permitted. Space is limited. Vendors are chosen on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a confirmation upon approval of your application. Deadline is September 7.
 
Kids Entrepreneur Corner – If you are between the ages of 8-18, you may sell your hand-made arts and crafts at the festival. Table space and one chair will be provided. Describe your product in the next section.You will receive confirmation upon approval from the festival committee. No food items permitted. Examples of accepted items: pottery, paintings, bracelets, etc. Submit form via email to publicaffairsasst@twpofwashington.us. Subject line: KEC. Deadline is September 15.
